es otra posibilidad en lugar de "schon bin ich hier" - una que incluso me parece mejor, porque espresa que es un alivio estar en este sitio, por fin, una cosa que se supone que es algo como Utopia, no?

Sozusagen als Aufforderung, hierhin kannst du auch reisen.

Mit "schon" oder "endlich" sollte man nicht hantieren, denn das macht den Eindruck, es ist schwierig oder unmöglich dort zu sein. Ein Reiseveranstalter will ja gerade das Gegenteil vermitteln, ach, schau mal wie einfach:
Hier bin ich!
