neutral  swisstell: wenn es "ist erfolgt" hiesse, wäre ich einverstanden. Hier aber ist es wohl so, dass die Anmeldung erst noch zu erfolgen hat.

  -> Hm... könnte man vielleicht so auslegen, dann würde ich aber eher schreiben "Patentanmeldung folgt" oder so ähnlich. Auf jeden Fall ist dieses "erfolgt" zweideutig.

agree  Kim Metzger: So verstehe ich das auch - wurde angemeldet - nicht noch zu erfolgen hat. Erfolgt im Sinne von "ist geschehen."

neutral  Kim Metzger: "Erfolgt" ist höchstens zweideutig. Statt zweideutige englische Übersetzungen, wären Belege, dass deine Interpretation richtig ist viel nützlicher.
