I am a Thai-American, born and raised in California, USA. I can speak, read, and write Thai to the level of a native. My parents were adamant about my sisters and I learning about our culture and most importantly our language. I grew up attending Sunday school at the local temple in Los Angeles, CA and was not allowed to speak any other language at home except Thai. My mother was also a professor in Thailand so our Thai language became even that much more important in our family.

I am currently a medical student in Norfolk, VA and I have a Masters in Physiological Sciences from UCLA. I am well-written, well-spoken in both Thai and English. I have been earned certificates from Thailand since the age of 11 that is equivalent to a high school diploma in Thailand. I have translated for international companies as well as local job listings.
