Are you concerned about the increasing likelihood of a No Deal Brexit?

What impact do you think this will have on UK translators specialising in EU languages?

What effect is likely? Dec 19, 2018

I doubt that there will be any make-or-break effects. Translations will still be needed, and UK-based translators will be able to supply them. The changes in exchange rates will cause problems, mind you, but that happens for other reasons too.

More business Dec 19, 2018

As a legal translator based in the EU I expect additional business, as companies will have to amend their rules and regulations to the new situation. I hope it will be similar to the implementation of the GDPR earlier this year: Lots of extra business.
