Hello,
I have to make an offer for 30 minutes video; subtitles are in english and have to be translated in french. How can I give a price? As price word (but it'll be very long to count them), or on a time-spent basis? Thanks in advance.

For subtitling price per running minute of the video Jun 16, 2020

if you only have to translate the English transcription and the time-coding is already done you could charge between € 5 and €8 per running minute...
