Translation Memory mysteriously lost in Trados Studio 2017

The client required bilingual, so I "copied all source to target" and began translating below the source text in the Target Segment. I confirmed about 20 segments and logged out for supper. After I came back, I opened it up and all the translations were gone. All the Target Segments were empty. All my work was completely gone. Also I couldn't find it in the TM. What's gone wrong? Never encountered anything like this all through my over 10 years experience with Trados. Anybody can help or explain... See more
