Not able to translate single document in Trados 2019 freelance edition

When I try to translate a single document, I can't go further than selecting the file for translation. When I click OK on the Translation memory and Document Settings window, nothing happens. Can anyone help please?

Same here , stuck in selection of languages. Very frustrating, I am going back to 2015 version. Dec 13, 2018
