Bugs? - Anybody has these issues with her/his normal proz profile?

1.
My audio file and other files of mine were missing (servers couldn't be reached, because they were not "synchronized").
After 6 months finally I received my files back from proz.com.
I wanted to add my audio file to my profile again and I cannot upload any files there.
Site staff could not do this either. They sent this issue to the development team.

The date of my profile update stopped at 20th of Aug.
Site staff couldn't fix this, this ... See more
