I have renewed my subscription, but i can not find how to renew my hosting for my website.

I am having difficulties with uploading to the server.
can somebody please tell me what the username and password are for the ftp.

Greeting again.

I have just created a new ftp account and used filezilla with my new username and password , but i still can not connect to the server.
I do think there is an issue with the server.
