What I miss the most about Norway are:
- bade!
- gå på blåbærtur
- stå på langrenn og spise appelsin og kvikklunsj
Having never been terribly home-sick nor patriotic, I have recently started missng some things about Norway, not least because I now have a little daughter. I understand very well what you mean...
I grew up between DK and Italy, but all my traditions are danish..
I miss what we in DK call HYGGE.. it is not just the word that is impossible to translate.. it is also the special danish atmosphere...
And what about the danish savours?

Da jeg sa at jeg savna å bade mente jeg selvsagt "å bade i elva, sjøen, innsjøen". Vi har jo badekar selv her i England da så jeg tar meg jo en vask eller to
