Does anyone know any good Canadian health plan (medical, dental, vision) for self-employed?

From my research:

- Manulife Financial - Flex Care
- CAA health and dental insurance (through Manulife Financial but more options)
- Blue Cross (the cheapest version if you combine health and dental with accident and illness insurance)
- Sears Financial, Sears Health and Dental Plan
- GreatWest-Life - Sonata Care

You can qet the qotes and compare options on line, or talk to an insurance agent.
