FrameMaker crash

Hi,

Here's my problem:

I just installed FrameMaker 7.1 on my computer (with Windows XP).

When I try to run it, I get a dialog box saying there is a fatal error, Module : core...

Can someone help me please?

Get the patches, if you don't have them already Feb 8, 2006

While I don't recall specific crashing cases, the updates are very important in Windows XP.
