What is Spanish [International Sort]?

Hi. I am just learning how to use TRADOS and am trying to figure out how to establish a "translation memory" that will include different types of Spanish. Is Spanish [International Sort]the right choice? If someone can define it for me, that would be great. I searched the web and couldn't find a definition. Many thanks in advance for your help.
