"Identification required" when trying to enter a client's extranet

Hi all
I am now using a computer which is not the one I normally use, so I am facing some problems when trying to access a client's extranet. I type the email address http://....... and then the following dialogue box appears (in Spanish):
Identification required
Please enter your user name and password for ......

I am now using a computer which is not the one I normally use, so I am facing some problems when trying to access a client's extranet. I type the email address http://....... and then the following dialogue box appears (in Spanish):
Identification required
Please enter your user name and password for ......
I do that but, everytime I want to check something in the website (it is sort of an online database) the same box appears again. I tried in Mozzilla Fireforx, Explorer and Google Chrome without success. Besides, I always check the box "save password" but still...
