Hi all

I am now using a computer which is not the one I normally use, so I am facing some problems when trying to access a client's extranet. I type the email address http://....... and then the following dialogue box appears (in Spanish):

Identification required

Please enter your user name and password for ......

I do that but, everytime I want to check something in the website (it is sort of an online database) the same box appears again. I tried in Mozzilla Fireforx, Explorer and Google Chrome without success.
Besides, I always check the box "save password" but still...

Any idea??

Thanks a lot!

Ask the client :) Jun 15, 2013

You are probably not the first freelancer who has run into the same problem, so the client's IT specialist may have a quick solution for you.

You put a key for your and your client's door into a cardboard box, label this box with "Please do not open" and place it in front of your house? Really?
