Thank you, thank you, thank you!! For all the support and advice.
Thank God, they finally contacted me half hour ago, when I was already on the edge of a nervous breakdown ("soooo sorry about the inconvenience, we just noticed the problem a few hours ago") and provided an alternative email addy. Still unclear why the phone/fax were unavailable... but what a relief! Ouf!...
