Bounced emails - Spamcop

Emails being sent to my ProZ hosted email address are being bounced back to them by Spamcop. I entered a supply ticket and the reply was to contact Yahoo support. How do I do this - I dont have a Yahoo account?

The support ticket reply is at the end of the two reports

One of these is a new client. It doesnt reflect well on me
