How do we count words in an html files ?

Would you please advise how do we count the exact number of words in an html file ?

I copy the text and paste it in a Word file. Then I use the word count tool. I hope it works ok for you.

simply, copy-paste the text in a text-file, say NotePad, then copy the copy and paste it in Word-filem where u can count using the word-count in 'tools' (count by word, by characters with spaces...etc)

It depends on the CAT tool Oct 14, 2003

They all count the HTML, script and other tags differently. The CAT tool you will apply to translate the text determines your effective effort.

Counting the "notepad-cleaned" text makes only sense in cases where the client will accept .txt files instead of .html files.

I think there are a lot of ways to count words in a text. But if you find a good service like https://word-counter.app. Then this task will be accelerated. Recommend good service
