E14 - How can I install it?

I have been given a translation assignment using what seems to be a new software, called E14 Resource Studio. I have been trying to install this for a week with no success, keep getting error messages. Has anyone ever heard of the software? Could anyone explain how on earth I can install it?

The error messages I get are:

Hi Paul,

I am by no means a computer expert and don't know anything about E14, but the error message seems to suggest you need to install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 and Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 SP1 (http://www.microsoft.com/DOWNLOADS/details.aspx?familyid=79BC3B77-E02C-4AD3-AACF-A7633F706BA5&displaylang=en). Have you tried that?

Otherwise a more PC-savvy colleague will probably be able to help you.
