Creating Hebrew files on Mac to be read by PC

I have a Mac computer, and need to create Hebrew files that will be read by a PC, preferrably in Word. What kind of software do I need in order to do this? This is urgent, it is a big project, and I need to get started ASAP, so any clear, practical advice would be appreciated.
