提款困难怎么解决

刚从paypal提款到中行，数目很小，在银行被卡住了，说要提供至少3个客户或合同证明截图。从来没遇到过这种情况，也不知道要提供什么才能通过。各位同仁是怎么解决的呢？有没有除了paypal以外不需要提供证明的途径呢？毕竟这样太麻烦。 谢谢。
