We had a great Powwow and many ideas were exchanged. It was nice meeting other local translators and being able to exchange information about helpful resources that could help others. Plans were made to try to have these types of get togethers once a month or every other month in different parts of Los Angeles to give more translators a chance to join us.
Due to an error in meeting time in one of the postings, we had several more translators show up at a different time.
We were hoping to have another get-together somewhere in the Burbank/North Hollywood area sometime in January 2010.
I'd like to personally thank all of the translators that made it out on the 21st and hope that they'll be able to make it to the next get-together.

Thanks everyone for showing up at the Powwow in November (sorry for the delay in sending this to you so late). I\'m in the process of also setting up a Meet-up group for those who are interested (meetup.com) in getting together more often and will try to set up an Powwow in February in the Burbank area as discussed in our last meeting. I hope everyone had a good holiday season and that 2010 is going well so far for you.
