12:00 ART is 15:00 GMTSep 4, 2014

Hello Micaela,

Please note that 12:00 ART is the same as 15:00 GMT. ART is the time zone used in Argentina, and it is 3 hours before GMT. That is what the (GMT-3) means, in the message you quoted.

Hope this explains! Please let me know if you have any question or need anything else.

Best regards,
Alejandro
