Source text - English 1. Fixed Term of the employment
1.1 Your employment with us will begin on DATE which is also the date of the commencement of your period of continuous employment and shall continue, subject to the remaining terms of this Contract, until it terminates on DATE without the need for notice unless terminated earlier by either party giving the other not less than 1 weeks’ notice in writing. No period of employment with any previous employer will count as continuous employment with us.
2. Job title and duties
2.1 You are employed as Picking & Planting Crew. Your job description will be supplied separately. The job description may be amended from time to time by us. In addition to the duties set out in the job description, you may be required to undertake additional or other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the business.
2.2 You will be expected to report to NAME or such other person as may be nominated by us to act as your Manager as notified to you from time to time (your “Manager”).
2.3 It is a strict condition of your employment that you must not under any circumstances, unless prior written consent from NAME has first been obtained, remove any plant material, organic material, plant clippings, fruit, seeds or any associated plant matter from the Company’s premises. The Company will consider any such removal as theft and both you and any third party who receives the benefit of the stolen plant matter, may be pursued by both the Company and the relevant authorities

2.2 Ne așteptăm ca dvs. să raportați către NUME sau orice altă persoană care poate fi desemnată de noi pentru a îndeplini funcția de Manager, așa cum o să fiți înștiințat(ă) din când în când („Managerul” dvs.).
2.3 O condiție strictă a contractului de muncă este ca dvs., în niciun fel de împrejurări, cu excepția cazului când un acord în scris este obținut în prealabil de la NUME, să nu scoateți din incinta Companiei orice material legat de plante, material organic, tăieturi/resturi de plante, fructe, semințe sau orice altă materie vegetală asociată. Compania va considera orice astfel de înlăturare ca furt și atât dvs., cât și orice terț care primește beneficiul materialului vegetal furat, puteţi fi urmăriţi prin demersuri legale atât de către Companie, cât și de autoritățile relevante

My name is Adrian Tarin and I am a Romanian-British national residing in West Sussex, UK. I have worked as a freelance interpreter (Romanian-English pair of languages) since December 2014 and have been completing translation assignments since 2017. I have built up significant experience by completing assignments in a wide range of scenarios including with the National Health Service, Ministry Of Justice, Revenue & Customs and the Home Office just to name a few.
In terms of formal qualifications, I have achieved a Level 3 Certificate in Community Interpreting, my Level 6 Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (English Law) and I have just recently completed my Diploma in Translation (Level 7) in 2020.
