Source text - English Le Contrat ne prend effet définitivement qu’à l’issue de la période d’essai d’une durée de six (6) mois de travail effectif.
Toute suspension qui se produirait pendant la période d’essai (maladie, congés) prolongerait d’autant la durée de cette période d’essai, laquelle doit correspondre à un travail effectif.
Au cours de cette période d’essai, le Contrat peut être rompu à tout moment par la volonté de l’une ou l’autre des parties sans indemnité, sous réserve du préavis fixé par disposition légale et/ou conventionnelle.
Translation - French The recruitment is subject to a trial period of six (6) months of competent work.
Any suspension from work which may occur during this trial period (sickness, holiday) will extend the duration of the trial period, and this in turn will have to correspond to the period of actual work.
During this trial period, either party may terminate the Contract at any time without indemnity, subject to the notice period provided by the Law and/or the CBA.
