I was born in Mexico City , I studied all my high school in Mexico and then I went to New York City to learn English and later, Business Administration for three years. I was married in N.Y. and then I returned to Mexico City.

I started to work for the American Embassy as a Property Manager, my job consisted in controlling and maintaining several official buildings such as the Embassy, the “Benjamin Franklyn Library”, The U.S Trade Center and the official residences like the Ambassador’s, the (DCM) Deputy Chief of Mission, Consular Staff and The Cultural attaché’s, I was also in charge of inventories and replacement of residential and office furniture. Then I was promoted as a Procurement Manager for expendable and non expendable supplies, this is how I mastered my speaking and writing English skills since, all negotiations were handled in this language, including correspondence and verbal transactions with all the suppliers from USA.

I took several commercial courses in the State Department in Washington D.C. and (GSA) General Services Administration in Forth worth, Texas. Then I was assigned as a VIP Special Events Coordinator for official visits such as the Presidential meeting "The International Meeting on Cooperation and Development sponsored by president Reagan in Cancun, Mexico; other international events like the “Apollo 11” crew tour in Mexico, and some other special events. This is basically how I enriched my interpreting performance. I also had the opportunity to travel to all American General Consulates as a Coach for the integrated general services procedures during the 16 years that I worked for the Embassy.

I owned two English schools for 6 years in Mexico city "American Linguistic Center" where I was responsible for administration, marketing and coordination of English teachers.

I have worked in the hotel operation as a Sales Manager for the Royal Resorts in Cancun during 14 years.

At present time I am taking advantage of all my English skills and experience, as an Independent Translator for English and Spanish languages.

Nací en la Ciudad de México, estudié toda mi escuela secundaria en México, me fui a Nueva York para aprender Inglés y más tarde, Administración de Empresas por tres años.
Me casé en Nueva York y regresé a la Ciudad de México.

Empecé a trabajar para la Embajada de Estados Unidos como administrador de propiedades, mi trabajo consistía en el control y el mantenimiento de varios edificios oficiales, como la Embajada, el "Benjamin Franklin Library", los EE.UU. Trade Center y las residencias oficiales como la del Embajador, el Jefe Adjunto (DCM) de la Misión, personal consular y el agregado Cultural. También estuve a cargo de los inventarios y reposición de mobiliario residencial y de oficina. Después fui promovido como Gerente de Contratación de los suministros fungibles y no fungibles, así fue como llegué a dominar mis habilidades en la expresión oral y escrita en Inglés, ya que todas las negociaciones se manejaban en este idioma, incluyendo la correspondencia y las transacciones verbales con todos los proveedores en EE.UU.

Tomé varios cursos comerciales en el Departamento de Estado en Washington DC y (GSA) Administración de Servicios Generales en Forth Worth, Texas. Despues se me asignó como coordinador de eventos especiales VIP para las visitas oficiales tales como "La Reunión Internacional sobre Cooperación y Desarrollo patrocinada por el presidente Reagan en Cancún, México; otros eventos internacionales como el tour de la tripulación del "Apollo 11" en México, y algunos otros eventos especiales. Así fue como básicamente, enriquecí mi rendimiento como intérprete. También tuve la oportunidad de viajar a todos los Consulados Americanos Generales como capacitador de procedimientos integrados de servicios generales durante los 16 años que trabajé para la embajada.

Fui dueño de dos escuelas de Inglés por 6 años en la ciudad de México "American Center lingüística", responsable de la administración, marketing, y la coordinación de los maestros de Inglés


Trabajé en la operación hotelera como Gerente de Ventas de Bienes Raíces para los Royal Resorts en Cancún durante 14 años, posteriormente en la agencia inmobiliaria "Coldwell Banker" durante 1 año y en la actualidad estoy tomando ventaja de todas mis habilidades y experiencias en el idioma Inglés como traductor independiente de inglés y Español.
