Soy un médico que trabaja para la industria editorial médica desde hace más de 20 años. En ese tiempo me he desempeñado como traductor, corrector de estilo, revisor técnico y supervisor editorial. Antes fui profesor de medicina en la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México durante 15 años por concurso de oposición, durante los cuales me desempeñé como Jefe del Módulo de Sistema Digestivo. Mis primeros tres años de vida profesional los desempeñé como médico asistente, sanitarista, de urgencias y me estuve entrenando como cirujano general.
En la actualidad, mi principal fortaleza la constituye cualquier actividad relacionada con el texto médico, al que me dedico de tiempo completo, lo cual me permite mantenerme actualizado con respecto a todas las innovaciones y descubrimientos de la Medicina.
Lo anterior también abarca las actividades editoriales relacionadas con los trabajos de investigación institucional y de la industria farmacéutica.
Como me dedico de tiempo completo a esta actividad, tengo a mi disposición las herramientas de todo tipo más actuales para realizarla.
Estoy relacionado con un grupo de profesionales con quienes podemos realizar trabajos editoriales médicos de cualquier extensión y profundidad.

I’m a doctor that has worked for the the medical editorial industry for more than 20 years. During this time I have been a translator, copy-editor, technical reviewer and editorial supervisor. Before this, I was a medical teacher at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México where I was the Chief of the Digestive System Module. In my first three years like a doctor, I was general practicant, higienist and emergency doctor while receiving training in general surgery.
Today, my major strength is any activity related with a medical text, work to which I dedicate my full time. Therefore, I’m updated in all the medical advances and new findings.
All the above also include the editorial work related with the investigational institutional work and the pharmaceutical industry.
I dedicate all the working hours to this activity and have the most actualized tools to do it.
I’m partner with others translators and medicine editorial workers, and together we can do anything related with the medical editorial work of any extension and difficulty.
