المبحث الأول: عقبات أمام الخطاب الإسلامي
هناك عقبات عديدة أمام وصول الخطاب الإسلامي إلى عامة الناس، وهذه العقبات -في الغالب- ليست منبعثة منه لكنها مصطنعة من أعدائه، وبسبب هذه العقبات قد يتخلف الخطاب الإسلامي عن الخطابات الأخرى، ومن هذه العقبات:
1. التضييق عليه:
إن عدم فتح الباب للخطاب الإسلامي على مصراعيه ليؤدي مهمته، وليوصل صوته للعقول والقلوب، مؤثر في جودته وعقبة أمام تفوقه، وهذا كائن في أغلب البلاد الإسلامية، ومن المعلوم أن الحرية المنضبطة طريق للإبداع والتفوق.
2. قلة المال الحر:
إن عدداً كبيراً من المذاهب الضالة والأديان الباطلة والفرق المنحرفة تجد من المال الشيء الكثير لإيصال صوتها إلى أبعد مدى، لكن الخطاب الإسلامي ـ في أكثر جوانبه ـ يعاني من الضعف الشديد في الموارد المالية، ولا يجد غالباً إلا الفتات الذي لا يستطيع به أن يبدع ويتفوق ويتجاوز الإخفاق ومواطن الضعف، ومن وجد المال فإنه يجده مالاً آمراً، مسيطراً، فارضاً ما يريده ولو كان باطلاً في ميزان الشرع.
Translation - English First: Obstacles to Islamic Discourse
There are many obstacles preventing Islamic Discourse from reaching all people. Generally speaking, these obstacles do not originate from within; rather, they are fabricated by its enemies. Because of these obstacles, Islamic Discourse may lag behind other kinds of discourses, and among these obstacles are the following:
1. Repression:
Not giving Islamic Discourse complete opportunity so that it can fulfill its duty, and convey its message to the minds and hearts has negative effect on its quality, and it is an obstacle before its excellence. This state of affairs exists in most Islamic countries. It is a fact that disciplined freedom is a means of creativity and excellence.
2. Scarcity of Impartial Financial Support:
Many deviant thoughts, false creeds, and deviated groups find plenty of financial support enabling them to convey their messages to the farthest extent. On the other hand, Islamic Discourse mostly suffers from scarcity in financial sources. In addition, it does not find except insignificant support whereby it cannot achieve creativity and excellence, and overcome failure and points of weakness. Supposedly, Islamic Discourse found financial support, it seeks to control, dominate, and impose its demands even if they are rejected by Islamic religion.
