1.1 HOURS OF WORK
Work schedules for employees vary throughout the organization. Your supervisor notifies you about your individual work schedule. Staffing needs and operational demands may require variations in starting and ending times, as well as changes in the total hours you may work each day or week.
Normally at the RAINBOW INC. the work schedule is based upon a standard 40-hour week consisting of five eight-hour days, inclusive of meal periods. Regular hours of operation extend from 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Monday through Friday with a 30-minute lunch period and two 15 minute breaks.
For production needs, hours of operation may vary. For example this may require mandatory overtime or working on weekends.
To request a temporary, flexible schedule, contact your division manager informally and obtain verbal approval
