Source text - Spanish En relación a la acumulación de metales el segundo periodo mostró para casi todas las especies mayores tasas de acumulación, coincidiendo con las mayores tasas de deposición total para la mayoría de los metales en los sitios más contaminados. A la inversa de lo que se esperaba de acuerdo a los mayores niveles de precipitaciones en el segundo periodo, las tasas de acumulación de metales (g. g-1 . month-1) fueron más elevadas en el segundo periodo que en el primero así como el daño fisiológico asociado a esta condición.
Cabe destacar que las concentraciones de contaminantes gaseosos (SO2, NOx, etc,), así como las de material particulado, disminuyen en el aire de la ciudad en los meses de primavera-verano debido a las mayores precipitaciones, situación que se evidenció en las mayores tasas de deposición. En la respuesta fisiológica de los biomonitores esto se vio reflejado en menores valores de concentración de productos de peroxidación de lípidos de membrana (HPCD y MDA) y una reducción en la degradación de clorofila a (Chl-b/Chl-a) en el segundo periodo en todas las especies, excepto en el sitio industrial. Aún así, el valor de FDI permitió distinguir tanto en T. tricholepis a los 3 meses de exposición como en T. capillaris a los 6 meses de exposición, los sitios más contaminados (Southeast and Center) de los sitios menos contaminados (North and Southwest).
Translation - English The ratio of metal accumulation for almost all the species studied was higher during the second period, coincident with the higher rates of total deposition for most of the metals analysed in the most contaminated areas. Contrary to what was expected by the increased levels of rainfall during the second period of exposure, the rates of metal accumulation (g. g-1. month-1) were higher in this period as well as the associated physiological responses.
It is important to note that the concentrations of gaseous contaminants (SO2, NOx, etc,), as well as those of particulate matter, are reduced in the city’s air during the spring and summer months due to the increased rainfall, a situation that was evidenced by the higher rates of deposition. This was reflected in the physiological response of all the studied biomonitors that had lower values of membrane lipid peroxidation products (HPCD and MDA) and lower chlorophyll a degradation values during the second period, except for the industrial area. Nevertheless, after 3 months exposure for T. tricholepis and 6 months exposure for T. capillaries, the values of the FDI allowed to distinguish the more contaminated sites (Southeast and Centre) from the less contaminated areas (North and Southwest).

Mechanism of Action
XXXX, at nanomolar concentrations, inhibits the following kinases: BCR-ABL, SRC family (SRC, LCK, YES, FYN), c-KIT, EPHA2, and PDGFRβ. Based on modeling studies, dasatinib is predicted to bind to multiple conformations of the ABL kinase.
In vitro, XXXX was active in leukemic cell lines representing variants of imatinib mesylate sensitive and resistant disease. XXXX inhibited the growth of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) cell lines overexpressing BCR-ABL. Under the conditions of the assays, dasatinib was able to overcome imatinib resistance resulting from BCR-ABL kinase domain mutations, activation of alternate signaling pathways involving the SRC family kinases (LYN, HCK), and multi-drug resistance gene overexpression.
Pharmacokinetics
The pharmacokinetics of XXXX have been evaluated in 229 healthy subjects and in 137 patients with leukemia.
