Springer Lexikon Medizin u.a. "Überzug" oder "Schicht" bedeuten, lt. Duden Medizinwöbu "Gewebsschicht (z.B. des Knochengewebes)" Eine "lamina corticalis externa" oder "lamina corticis externa" hab ich nirgends gefunden.
