juzgado de tránsito Juge d'Instruction Explanation: En Ecuador le corresponde a los jueces de tránsito el juzgamiento de los delitos y contravenciones graves de ésta materia, dentro de sus respectivas jurisdicciones territoriales.. Como dato consultá el primer link que detallo mas abajo (corresponde a una apelación) y verás que no es un tribunal policial sino uno criminal Para verificar la competencia del "Juge d'Instruction" en las violaciones al Code de la Route consultá el segundo link.
