"... un embarazo de 36 a 38 semanas aproximadamente **por fondo uterino**" significa que mediante la medición del altura del fondo uterino (en algunos países, como México, se le dice así) o ALTURA UTERINA (se mide la distancia entre la sínfisis púbica y el fondo uterino), se puede determinar -aproximandamente- con cuantas semanas de gestación se encuentra la paciente.
