Does anybody know what this pharmaceutical drug is in English. This occurs in a Sp medical report from the Dominican Republic about a patient who is treated for acute gastroenteritis.

Here are some of the medications prescribed:

Ranitidina
Dramidóm: 1 ampolla EV c/8 h SOS.
Ciprofloxacina
Metronidazol
