If you search for "verified digital signature" (in quotes) you should find about 900 hits.

I wonder whether it should be "qualified" instead of "certified"? I have noticed they tend to refer to "qualified electronic signatures", for instance.

Please ignore the above; in the meantime I'm sure it should be "digitalisation/digitalization" and "invoice", see this gov.uk reference, for instance:

Hi, thanks for the replies.
So far I have been using "certified digitisation of invoices", so pretty much what Vertigirl has suggested. Although it seemed like a very logical translation at first, I can't find any references to back it up, which is what is bothering me. I can't even find any reliable references for "certified digitisation/digitization" or "certified digitalization/digitalisation", whereas there are loads for "digitalización certificada".
