ANÁLISIS DEL CIRCULANTE : SOLVENCIA DE CAPACIDAD

A lo largo de este capítulo y del siguiente se particulariza el análisis patrimonial, centrándolo en el estudio del circulante exclusivamente. Este análisis se denomina de solvencia que se divide en dos partes: solvencia de capacidad y solvencia de puntualidad. En este capítulo vamos a estudiar la solvencia de XXX S.A. desde una óptica de capacidad: ¿tiene la empresa capacidad suficiente para hacer frente a sus deudas? y en el próximo capítulo veremos si puede hacer frente a sus deudas en su vencimiento.

Primero instrumentalizamos el análisis efectuando los ratios de solvencia que se han presentado en la página anterior. Lo más significativo de la interpretación de los números es que XXX S.A. es insolvente, en cuanto a que no es capaz de ofrecer garantías de circulante suficientes a las deudas de vencimiento más inmediato. No nos estamos refiriendo a la solvencia final sino a la de funcionamiento, ratio que indica qué garantías de tipo corriente se ofrecen a los acreedores.

***El ratio de solvencia general o de funcionamiento*** es inferior a 1 a lo largo de los cinco años analizados. La pregunta que surge ante cualquier análisis de solvencia de capacidad es saber qué valor del ratio de solvencia se le exige a una empresa para definir su solvencia como aceptable. Cualquier acreedor está interesado en las sobregarantías de circulante ofrecidas por parte del deudor para cubrir las deudas, en caso de que alguna partida de este activo sufriera una pérdida de valor. Vamos a profundizar en las partidas que componen el circulante de DOLSA para poder emitir un juicio sobre si son susceptibles de perder valor en un periodo corto de tiempo. Esta profundización no surge del enunciado pero se ofrece a título informativo y para servir de ejemplo en la forma de determinar el valor aceptable de solvencia corriente.

Creo que se refiere a la razón de activo circulante entre pasivo circulatne: o sea, la capacidad de la empresa de cumplir con sus obligaciones circulantes..a corto plazo. Siempre se busca una razón > 1.
