As long as we are kvetching about proz, I often get informed about questions after answers had already been posted, sometimes one day after posting! Blatant discrimination, I'd say! I think that gmail bundles e-mail messages and then sends them in batches. My corner of Ohio apparently has low priority.
Multiple entries happen when the system registers your input but does not display it, so you press one more time or two, and then all three appear all out of the sudden.

Interesting! I have noticed the same thing: my colleagues in Europe often come up with links that Uncle Google perniciously keeps hidden from me. behind some smoke screen. I think it is personal and malicious! Apparently, the Google algorithm weighs the possibility that one is likely to benefit from the information. There are just not enough hits from this side of the globe.

Thank you Oleg for a very valuable reminder. I used to search in .ru engines and stopped doing it out of the lack of time. I would be on Skype or phone with Russia sometimes, and do a parallel search with my correspondent. We end up yielding different results regardless of the .extension. I think the the results vary depending on your geographic location and some other factors. That is why it is so helpful that someone in the other hemisphere runs the search for a better outcome.

What I meant by 'easy' is using https://www.google.ru/ and/or http://www.sokr.ru/ and/or http://sokrasheniya.academic.ru/ when searching for Russian acronyms and abbreviations. However, even https://www.google.com/?gl=us&hl=en&gws_rd=cr&pws=0 returns the same result:
