Russian to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s)
Russian term or phrase: изменение платы (за сервитут)
Не могу сообразить как правильно сформулировать существительное "изменение" в данном контексте
changes, alteration, modification ???
и какой предлог of / in / to ??
changes in the fee, changes to the fee, alteration of the fee ...

В данном случае перевод термина "плата за сервитут" меня не волнует. Интересует именно существительное "изменение".
Для контекста - плата за сервитут может меняться в зависисти от изменения стоимости земли.
Нужно именно существительное. а не герундий и т.д.

Заранее спасибо всем за помощь.

servitude fees may be subject to change based on...
Explanation:
Servitude fees may be subject to change based on changes/fluctuations in the value of the land.

Not sure why exactly you would need a noun to convey the concept of "change" here... In English, we usually prefer to express actions through verbs, and the subject of the source sentence is clearly "плата," not "изменение."

However, if you must absolutely use a noun, then I would choose "changes in servitude fees" (or "changes in the servitude fee") over the other suggested solutions.

...But then how do you finish the sentence?
Changes in the servitude fee... may occur/may apply/are possible? depending on changes/fluctuations in the value of the land...

Not as natural, but acceptable.
