Law/Patents - Law (general) / ricorso per sequestro
Italian term or phrase: competenze di lite
In chiusura del ricorso è presente la seguente espressione "Il tutto con vittoria di spese e competenze di lite".
So che "con vittoria di spese" si traduce "with award of costs", ma come va tradotto il secondo termine?
Grazie.

lawyers'/attorneys' fees
Explanation:
although it may seem repetitive style, as legal costs usually include the stamp duty paid by the claimant as well as lawyers'/attorneys' fees in certain jurisdictions, while in others there are court costs (filing fees, copying and postage) on one hand and attorneys' or lawyers' fees on the other hand. Court costs may be 'awarded' to one or both parties in a lawsuit, or they may be waived.
