I think these should be assets but I have seen this translated as operating activities, what i understand is happening here is a restructuring of the group following a change of ownership, pls see below thanks, much appreciated

However, "attività di gestione" is "management activities/operations" "gestione di attività" is "management of assets". Over that I have no doubts.
Here they are probably moving the asset managers and perhaps the assets too, the whole activity or operations to a new fund, which will then come under the management of another company (they then might sack the original managers).
I this is not what is happening then they haven't put it very well in Italian. however, attività di gestione is activity, and gestione di attività is assets.
