This is referring to an emollient product. I am not sure if it's a cream, because of the word fazzoletti. it may be a lotion.
would it be "10 4-ply sheets...also the word essenza. is it referring to the oil?

Coincido Marc Vitale: Yes, but I would say "linden" rather than "lime" to avoid confusion and perhaps say "linden scented" rather than "with lime essence perfume"

Coincido Rachel Fell: 10 packets of 4-ply lime blossom scented tissues (lime blossom would be understood as being of the non-citrus tree - we say lime blossom tea; linden can sound a bit twee for everyday things, I think)
