I can help but think there is more than on mistake in this part of the sentence and So I'm not certain of what is meant here. Does it mean his back was injured?

We are watching an awkward attempt to seduction by the Tinder girl. Clearly, this is a dramatization, trying to give the scene a funny side.
Therefore, after listing all HER possible mishaps, she turns into an inconvenience for HIM. First she tries to show she can dance, but she's just unfit for it and second she sort of "tramples" him with her fall.
A metaphor, just like "Heck, you scared me to death!". I am saying it, therefore I am not DEAD.
Just trying to convey how it sounds to a native ear.
