One dic. indicates that affiliazione can be translated as adoption, but that it is now repealed, whatever that means! Can anyone point me in the right direction? The certificate is exempt if used in adoption procedures?

Infatti i dizionari indicano che come una sorte di adozione, AFFILIAZIONE e' stato abolito nel '83. La tua soluzione mi sembra buona. Grazie!
