Traducciones de italiano a inglés [PRO] Negocios / Comercio (general) | | Término o frase en italiano: addetti/organico | i have these terms together for a reason, namely, they appear one after the other in a list of contractor company qualifications, viz.:
ANAGRAFICA IMPRESA ESECUTRICE
1.1.1 Ragione sociale
1.1.2 Posizioni assicurative
1.1.3 Addetti impresa
1.1.4 Organico
1.1.5 Contratto di lavoro
further down they give a breakdown of the "addetti" (from executives to blue collar workers) which comes to 120. then, below, when they talk about "organico", they say the count is 120, which makes me think (as i already thunk), the the terms are virtually synonymous. so, why are they treated separately? what I will say is that when they come to deal with the "organico" they talk of yearly averages.

| | staff/workforce | Explicación: I agree with Andrea's explanation but think the term workforce is more widely used for organico.

OK Pauley. I've got broad shoulders, I reckon I can handle it if there's any blame to be taken :-). |

Explicación: As far as I'm concerned, when we talk about 'organico' it's referred to the whole of the clerks and technicians and so on of a company/society, therefore I guess you can consider it as a group name. ?Addetti', on the other hand, seems to refer in detail to the composition of the personnel employed in such company, therefore I think it might have to do with the detailed descriptions of which positions are being occupied.
Hope it helps a bit
