rendering performance
Explanation:
I would suggest to render a good performance eine gute Leistung erbingen

an und für sich ist das Wort "Erbringung" redundant, es steckt bereits in "Performance", da letztere die "erbrachte Leistung" bedeutet.
To render or provide Services", hingegen, scheint hier nicht zu passen. Ich würde Leistungserbringung daher nur mit PERFORMANCE übersetzen

agree  philgoddard: I agree with just "performance". And I think it could also be "service provision" by the company, but we don't have enough context, which is not Giovanni's fault.

Features

Explanation:
Feature = Means of providing benefits to customers.
http://www.businessdictionary.com/definition/feature.html

In this case, the [key] features are innovation and enhancement.

Perfomance = The accomplishment of a given task measured against preset known standards of accuracy, completeness, cost, and speed.
http://www.businessdictionary.com/definition/performance.htm...
Hard to see how innovation and enhancement qualify here.

As for Erbringung, that on its own might best be translated as Delivering (innovation and enhancement)
