PS: No snark intended. Julia only said "possibly"; not sure that offers much insight. Unless "anwendungsgerecht" shows up somewhere else in the document or on the relevant website, suggestions aren't going to rise above guesswork level.

This should refer to road speed (i.e. kmph or mph) in this case (because of 'Geschwindigkeit' rather than 'Drehzahl'). The link quoted by Julia states, among other things, that 'The low vehicle mass and the maximum speed of around 100 km/h, optimized for city requirements, only call for lower drive power and improve the degree of efficiency at the same time.'.

'Road speed (range) reflects (intended) use patterns'
'Road speed (range) aligned with (intended) use patterns'

I'm not sure if the author implicitly refers to the maximum road speed of this vehicle.

I suspect that this may refer to motor speed (rpm) rather than road speed (mph).

I'm not a technical translator, so this might not be the appropriate technical term.

I could not find your reference. Out of context, it is difficult, but could be something like "Speed range" - literally "Speed layout", but that doesn't sound so great. Paraphrasing it you would have: "Speed for which car is laid out" thus speed range, which would include more than just the top speed.

I would have thought "adjusts speed to driving conditions", but that's what the driver does, not the car.
