Hello all. Working on a presentation intended for employees about various types of fraud they should watch for.

Now I'm on a description of how fraudsters operate in general - how they choose targets and timing. So far I've only found 'drug runner' for 'rabatteur,' which gives me an idea, but not enough to extrapolate. Here's how the term is used in my document (with precious little context):

"Peu regardant, approche plusieurs Factors [sic]
Recherche de rabatteurs
Recherche d'acheteurs complaisants"
