Yo no diría “tribunal mixto” porque en Venezuela ese término se refiere a un tribunal compuesto por jueces y escabinos, en contraposición a tribunal de juez unipersonal y al tribunal por jurado. Diría más bien “tribunal de competencia mixta”, que transmite claramente el significado del término.
