Except as otherwise provided in this agreement or agreed in writing between the palties, FAS will pay all costs for which it is obligated under this agreement to the Participant by reimbursement. However, FAS will not pay any cost incurred after [date].

Hago la consulta puesto que veo la estructura un tanto "rara".

Quizas quisieron decir "... for which it obligates, under this contracto, to the Participant" pero luego el "by reimbursement" no encaja en la traducción.

Alguna sugerencia.
