I'm afraid I don't have much more context than that. The projetc I am translating it about hydrostatic tests on valves and this is the title of a data-sheet.
I am confused about the "tool drawing" part.
Lo de Gabriel y lo de Raul son posibles. Como dices que es un título, quizá más adelante haya algo que te dé más luces. Yo añadiría como posibilidad de la segunda parte: dibujo de la herramienta para limpieza.
