I'm not sure if I should translate this term as simply "trustor" or "trustor-trustee".

fideicomisario: fiduciario (=trustee) es la persona que por orden del testador/fideicomitente/fiduciante ha de conservar y transmitir la herencia a un tercero llamado fideicomisario/beneficiario (=beneficiary);

trustor / settlor: fideicomitente o fiduciante; trustee / fiduciario, propietario fiduciario [11]; beneficiary / beneficiario

Again Carline, you need to give more context.

Fideicomitente is generally settlor of a trust, and fideicomisario is generally trustee, although in some countries it is beneficiary, although in your context, I doubt it is the latter. You need to look at the description/duties, if you have them.
